Kasra graduated with distinction from the internationally accredited ISSN Diploma and is a Certified Sports Nutritionist through the International Society of Sports Nutrition (CISSN). He is currently working on his MSc at Middlesex University in Sport & Exercise Nutrition, enjoys road cycling, is a fan of combat sports, and, drawing inspiration from his father’s Persian upbringing, loves to cook!

Kasra has had a lifelong interest in health and fitness, but it was his time as a competitive road cyclist where he realised the importance of nutrition and the potential it has for enhancing sport performance.

He quickly moving up the categories in the US road cycling scene. Notable results included wins at the Mt. Baldy Hill Climb, the Mt. Charleston Hill Climb, 2nd place at the Mt. Whitney Stage Race, and a team win at the Mojave Death Race; a challenging 24-hour ultra-endurance event that takes participants across the Nevada desert in the blistering summer heat. Although he no longer races, he still enjoys the physical challenge the bike delivers.

Before moving into a career in sports nutrition Kasra worked in data analytics for some of the largest casinos in Las Vegas. With his passion for sport, first-hand experience in competition, and by leveraging his strong quantitative skill set, Kasra provides a robust and high-impact nutrition coaching service.
