Liam is a Performance Nutritionist and Nutrition Tutor from Sheffield. He is a member of the Sport and Exercise Nutritionist Register (SENr) and is currently studying Sport and Exercise Nutrition (MSc) at Leeds Beckett University. Previously he has completed the IOPN (MSc level) Diploma in Performance Nutrition and BSc (Hons) Sport, Fitness and Coaching. Liam has experience working in endurance, combat and team sports, and works with a variety of clientele, from professional athletes to serious amateurs, those seeking fat loss to those looking to gain lean muscle tissue.
Before moving into Performance Nutrition, Liam worked as a Personal Trainer for almost 10 years, working with hundreds of amateur athletes to achieve their body composition and athletic goals. During this time, he focused on improving his education and developing the skills necessary to achieve success with clients at all levels.
Alongside his formal education he continues to attend numerous seminars, webinars, and training courses where he learns from leaders in the field of Performance Nutrition and Behaviour Change.
Liam prides himself on the relationships he builds with clients, educating and guiding them to achieve their Nutrition goals. He understands that every athlete is different and therefore every client is approached with the respect, patience, and individuality that they deserve. Liam likes to make long lasting changes which will provides the athletes with the knowledge and tools necessary to succeed long-term and make healthy and informed choices to improve their quality of life.
