Bacon and Goats Cheese Frittata

Quick, tasty, easy and you can take it anywhere! It’s the Frittata! A slice of HEAVEN! You can fill it with what you want and make hundreds of varieties to keep it interesting but honestly you can beat it, and by the POWER OF GRAYSKULL we shall make it!

Make it a snack with just a small slice or have a big piece and enjoy epic meal times! Make it lower calories with more veg and less yolks and cheese, it’s so VERSATILE!




  • 6 eggs
  • 1-2 rashers of bacon
  • 50g Goats Cheese
  • ½ Red pepper
  • Spring onions
  • Handful fresh basil
  • Pepper

*Note* Ingredients may vary depending on width and depth of your pa, also ensure it has a metal handle suitable to put under a grill


FRY bacon in a pan

SLICE red pepper CHOP spring onions and basil

ADD chopped ingredients to pan with bacon

COOK veg till tender and bacon till crispy


SLICE bacon into small pieces and add back in

BEAT eggs in a bowl and pepper

ADD eggs to pan heat slightly 1-2mins

SPRINKLE goats cheese on top


GRILL 4-5mins


BOOM!!! Epic tasting and quick, cut into slices and serve with gooey melted cheese or tuppaware up and take to work to make you the envy of all your colleagues!
