Banana Curry

I was asked recently by a good friend of mine Richard Sennewald to create an awesome banana curry!! Honestly I had never heard of such a thing but I love a challenge and I thought it’s time to make something EPIC again!

Now I bet when you and myself included look at curry recipes you see the ingredients list and all you see is “f%^&*($ggfdk” or in others words a huge fu*king list of ingredients that makes you just slam the book closed and go back to microwaving your broccoli and grilling your chicken breast!

We’re all guilty of this so I’ve made this particular curry super easy!! It’s flavours and the way it’s made make it perfect for a side dish or even as a main to your meal (though as a main I would aim to get some meat in there get that essential metbolising protein!)

Nothing beats having a curry at home that tastes as good as a bought’un! Save money, more nutrients, feel epic about cooking something super cool!

CORRRRRR! Steaming away you serve it on to the plate and there like a piece of art it sits! You wonder to yourself “Did I really make something that looks that good!?”

Amazed by your own handywork you nearly forget to make use of that fork in your hand….. That is till you take upon a whiff on those enchanting and bewitching smells!

You dig in and immediatly a huge sigh of pleasure seeps out of you it’s warm and soft with delicate yet deep curry like aromas fill you and once swallowed you get an immediate fresh, zestiness that makes you just want more!!

You really won’t be dissapointed with this one! Easy and so much fun to make!!
