Breakfast Pakora
A breakfast essential these days is for it to be quick fast and reasonably light, mainly due to people leading such busy lives with kids to dress and feed or maybe a commute comparable to that of going to Mordor, so here is something super quick!
Though it's needed to be made in advance I'm sure you won't complain with something that tastes so good and is so nutritionally awesome!
Pakora is an Indian food that is usually deep fried but with just a bit of a baking these are just as good! With a good balance of nutrients grabbing a few of these will be perfect to start today.
Why not chuck a few in for lunch too 😉

BOOOM!!!! No more rubbish cereal bars; or just a coffee in hand, or Lambas bread (lord of the rings quote I’m a geek I know).
Really can’t go wrong with a quick pot of these to munch on the way to work to have you rocking up to work, kicking down doors and showing your work load whose boss!
