Great after a ride with a white wrap and maybe add some rice or if just for a general meal change to a wholemeal wrap

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE 4

  • 2 Chicken breast
  • 1 Red onion
  • 2 Red peppers
  • 1/2 tsp chilli, smoked paprika, salt, pepper
  • 1 Avocado
  • Tortilla Wrap

BUTTERFLY your chicken breasts

SEASON with spices, salt and pepper

SLICE onion and peppers in half

GRILL all till cooked about 5-10mins

CHOP avocado

SERVE all in a wrap

DONE
