Endurance Energy Bar
Creating your own homemade energy bars can save you a lot of money, stomach discomfort and that "ERGH" feeling when you have to reach for another gel or hard and dry energy bar.
After spending half the season with the ONE Pro boys and touring a lot with them I realised we were in need of another bar to put in the musettes - a bar that was moist and easy to eat, was full of zest to help with preventing dry mouth and had the perfect combo of glucose and fructose to make it easy to digest
This bar is perfect for any activity which will be lasting longer than 90mins and will help maintain and improve performance during this time
