Filo Pastry Pizza
PIZZAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!
Filo Pastry pizza offers a lower calorie, lower carbohydrate pizza option still delicious and amazing!

INGREDIENTS
Ingredients;
- 4 layers of filo pastry (I used pre-made)
- 1 large tbsp tomato Puree
- Handful Fresh Basil
- Toppings of your choice – I went for 2 slices Parma Ham, 50g chedder cheese, 30g creme fraiche, Cherry tomaotes
*I forgot the olives NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! Oh well next time*

LAY filo pasty on a tray with top to layers being ruffled
BAKE for couple mins at 200C fan assisted
*we don’t want to cook it too much here just the tiniest amount

MIX tomato puree with a bit of water and spread over pastry
TOP with your chosen ingredients
BOSH it back in the oven at 180C

DONE!!
Absolutely banging pizza! Amazing to eat outside in the sun or like a troll in your room alone…. HAHA
But seriously the base provides only 60g carbs for the whole thing with most bought bases being twice that. Top it how you like! Spicy, sweet, meaty, vege!
