Gyudon - Beef over Rice
Gyūdon!!! Ahh it's one of my all time favourite meals!! Simple yet super tasty!
It's a staple in Japan and usually had for breakfast or lunch... Moderate amount of carbs so perfect to have pre or post workout or just on a really active day!

INGREDIENTS
All ingredients can be found in Waitrose or asian supermarkets
Ingredients
- Thinly sliced beef
- 1/2 large onion
- 1tsp stevia
- 2 tbsp Mirin & soy sauce
- 250ml Daishi (can use chicken or veg stock)
- 1 spring onion
- Rice

SLICE beef thinly
CHOP onion into rainbow shape pieces
FRY onion till golden


ADD beef cook for 5 mins
ADD everything else except spring onion
BRING to a simmer and cook for 10


SERVE over rice
TOP with chopped spring onion
DONE
