Pasta with flaked Sea bream, tomatoes and olives
New Year new post! AAHHHHHHHH I’m so damn excited!!!
Having had 3 months off from doing a lot of posts on here to venture into Jamie Oliver’s food tube world it’s great to be back, and if that’s piqued your interest there will be a lot more coming now in 2016, exciting I know right!?
To kick of this mighty year we’ve got a gorgeous fresh pasta dish! Crispy, fresh, flaked sea bream with a mixture of juicy tomatoes and salty olives gives a mouth watering selection of flavours!
What I really love about this and what people need to understand more and more is pasta or carbs aren’t a sin, it’s just making sure we’re not over consuming in calories that causes us to gain weight. Perfect blend of carbs, fat and protein! WIN
