INGREDIENTS TO MAKE 4
- 200g Frozen Rapsberries
- 30g Whey
- 1-2 tbsp water
ADD all ingredients to a bowl
BLEND witha hand blender (alternatively you can used a food processor but will require some pushing around)
ADD extra tbsp of water if not combining
That easy to make something that’s low in calories, carbohydrate and fat but high in protein and flavour
