Spicing your life up satay style! Everyone loves a bit of Thai or Chinese food and it’s such a shame it has such unhealthy connotations especially with those really cheap pre made sauces you can get from the supermarket!
BUT here we are homemade Satay Sauce BOOOOOM! Really inexpensive to make it’s a beauty! I’ve done mine with Broccoli they’re just been created to have with each other and it’s a great way to get some FLAVOUR to your meals unless you want to be boring and just have chicken and broccoli because just eating that gets you lean right? Ha fail!
