Smokey Pork Sliders
IT’S BBQ WEATHER!!!!!!!!!
SMOKEY PORK SLIDERS!!! WITH BACON!!!! WITH CHEESE!!! EPICCCCC!! Shizzle is going down!
*Composes self-*
No seriously these are ridiculously good! And you know what pork mince is AWESOME! £2 for 500g, cheap as chips.
High in protein and I got 5% so super low in fat, before you get all up in arms about the bacon and cheese and saying “it isn’t healthy”! These bad boys are recovery machines! With just 3 quality rashers per 500g and the fact that they’re sliders (so they’re small burgers) mean they’re not too high calories, awesomely tasty, perfect to take to a bbq to be cooked AND kids will love’em!

INGREDIENTS
Ingredients (makes 6);
- 500g Pork mince – whatever % you want
- 3 Rashers bacon (I got some sexy, smoked streaky go for quality)
- 1tsp smoked paprika
- Smokey cheese (Applewood)
- Salt & Pepper
Ingredients for BBQ Sauce;
- 1tsp Olive oil
- 1tsp smoked paprika
- 1tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2tbsp Ketchup
- 1tsp Mayo
- ½ tsp wholegrain mustard

CHOP bacon into small pieces and fry till crispy
ADD to mince with paprika, salt & pepper
MIX thoroughly

SLICE bacon into small pieces and add back in
BEAT eggs in a bowl and pepper
ADD eggs to pan heat slightly 1-2mins
SPRINKLE goats cheese on top

SHAPE into small patties
FRY in pan till golden and cooked through
ADD cheese on top for last minute
MIX all BBQ sauce ingredients together
CRACK open the bread, add bbq sauce top with tomatoes and greens

BOOM done! You master chef you! What a triumph! There should be a round of applause for such a feat or awesomeness and flavour! They’re pretty quick to make the added chunks of bacon in the burger add that texture and crispness to it!
Share it, like it, make it!
