Thai Braised Steak
King of leftovers! I used some of our leftover Sunday, roast braised steak - which is simple enough.. loads of stewing or braising steak cooked in a pot with water, 1 tin chopped tomatoes and an onion - slowly cooked till soft.
You could do this with any left over meat to be honest, so roast chicken works too - though I would add some chopped tomatoes if that's the case maybe 1/3-1/2 a tin.

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE 4
Ingredients;
- Left over braised steak
- 1/2 large onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 Leek
- 1 clove garlic
- Fresh Ginger and Coriander
- 1 tsp Thai green curry paste or powder

CHOP onion, pepper and leek up
COOK in a pan till soft with garlic
ADD left over braised steak
ADD grated fresh ginger and thai paste
COOK till done
SERVE with a garnish of fresh coriander and some rice
DONE!
Pretty simple to be honest, it does require the pre cooked steak but as mentioned above use any leftover meat from that Sunday meal or just chuck in some fresh chicken to this, it will taste just as good!
