Banoffee Brownies

So my friend Jamie Alderton wanted me to make these and you can probably guess why as when you feel like food can’t get much better in walks BANOFFEE BROWNIES! Soft, gooey, moist and so deliciously yummy, cloud 9 is literally at your finger tips!
These are pretty low calorie too with them being low fat yet still having that sublime texture everyone loves! Though still a decent amount of carbs in it make this a perfect treat to have before a workout, or as a dessert on a training day packed full of the nutrients you need to help aid in recovery.

Though you could really take this to work and have it as a quick nutritious snack too!
What we like most about this is literally how you can just bang it all into a bleder and BOOM you’ve got your batter quick easy then 15mins later it’s baked and you’re a happier person that you were!

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g Total 0% or any low fat yogurt
  • 80g oats
  • 1 Banana (85g)
  • 25g Cocoa Powder
  • 25g Hot chocolate powder (optional can just do 50g cocoa)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 Egg
  • Toffee MyProtein Flavouring

Macros;
110Kcal
14g Carb
6g Protein
3g Fat

SET your oven to 200C fan assisted
BOSH all your ingredients in a blender
BLEND for 1min till smooth
SPOON out in to a brownie tray, or whatever baking tin you have
BAKE for 10-15mins
DONE

SERVE hot and molten with a soft, velvet center it’s eager to be dunked into a cold glass of milk and devoured on the spot!
Quick, easy, low calorie and tasty! What more could you want!
