ORIENTAL STYLE MEATBALLS
Juicy, succulent, aromatic, bite size pieces of EPICNESS! That’s essentially what meatballs are, let’s be honest they’re amazing! You can put them in a baguette, on the side with salad/veg, with pasta or rice there are just so many ways you can have them!
These are super easy to make as all you need to do is put it all in a bowl mix it up, push them into balls and bake! Meaning your dinner and tomorrows lunches get done super quick, they taste awesome and you can get relaxing that bit quicker after work!
What’s more is that they’re low in calories, high in metabolising protein and depending on what grade mince you use low in fat too, making these a really flexible food to have in your repertoire of culinary awesomeness.
Today we’ve gone for some oriental infused meatballs making them some uniquely flavoured taste bombs, guaranteed to brighten up your day!
So let’s get makin’ & bakin’

INGREDIENTS
- 500g Mince
- 1 ½ Tbsp Tomato Paste, Honey & Soy Sauce
- Fresh Corriander
- Spring onions
- Bell pepper (I used chiquino peppers for added flavour)
- 1 or 2 mushrooms
- Salt & Pepper

SET oven to 190C fan assisted
CHOP bell pepper, mushrooms and spring onions finely
BOSH all ingredients into a bowl and mix together with your hands

ROLL into balls
BASH them in the oven for 15-20mins
DONE

Unleash those meaty morsels from the oven and breathe in the gorgeous aromas! Cutting into the meatballs you find just how juicy and tender the meat is before devouring them all and feeling overly happy & content with yourself on doing so!
