Juicy, succulent, aromatic, bite size pieces of EPICNESS! That’s essentially what meatballs are, let’s be honest they’re amazing! You can put them in a baguette, on the side with salad/veg, with pasta or rice there are just so many ways you can have them!
These are super easy to make as all you need to do is put it all in a bowl mix it up, push them into balls and bake! Meaning your dinner and tomorrows lunches get done super quick, they taste awesome and you can get relaxing that bit quicker after work!
What’s more is that they’re low in calories, high in metabolising protein and depending on what grade mince you use low in fat too, making these a really flexible food to have in your repertoire of culinary awesomeness.

SET oven to 190C fan assisted
CHOP bell pepper, mushrooms and spring onions finely
BOSH all ingredients into a bowl and mix together with your hands
