Parsley Parmigiano Pasta
This is meal packed with flavour and takes under 10mins to make! Normally I don't utilise pasta too much as it tends to solely rely on just the past as the dish with not much meat or protein being involved BUT if using this as a side dish to say some roasted chicken breast torn into pieces and added to it suddenly you have a EPIC complete dish!
- 1-2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Small handful Pine Nuts
- 1-2 tbsp Parmigiano (Parmesan)
- Handful Fresh Parsley
- Salt & Pepper
FRY lightly the crushed garlic cloves and pine nuts in olive oil
ADD cooked spaghetti, freshly chopped parmesan, salt and pepper for a couple of mins
SERVE with grated parmesan
